South Riding Family Medicine is located in Lafayette One Business Center.
The office is located at the intersection of Lafayette Center Drive and Pleasant Valley Drive . If you are coming from Dulles Toll Road, thake exit to Route 28 South (Sully Rd), take Route 50 West (towards Winchester) for 2 miles (past Costco, Auto Park, Pepsi Sign) and turn left at the lights onto Pleasant Valley Drive( where Kaiser is). Make the first left at Lafayette Center Drive and your first left into Lafayette Business Center. Make your first left once in the parking lot for the main entrance. We are suite 170. If you enter thru the back entrance, you will be going in to the suite for the specialists, but you can still go in, and go all the way down the hall until you see our reception area and waiting room. Welcome! Hope you are as excited about our opening as we are!

- Saturday 9 am to 11 am for your convenience.
(Physicians on call 24 hours a day for emergencies)
